Ingredients:
2 cups ricotta cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1½ cups powdered sugar
1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Sweet dippers like butter waffle cookies, sliced fruit or graham crackers (for serving)
Directions:
In bowl, whip together ricotta, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract using electric mixer until soft peaks form, around 5 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips.
Refrigerate covered with plastic wrap until ready to eat.
