Burger sauce
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt.
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar.
2 teaspoons mustard.
1 teaspoon ketchup.
1/2 teaspoon paprika.
Chicken sauce
¼ cup mayo.
1 teaspoon mustard.
1 tablespoon barbecue sauce.
1 tablespoon honey.
Other ingredients
Large tortillas.
1 pound ground beef ground beef.
1 teaspoon garlic powder.
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
Kosher salt.
Freshly ground black pepper.
2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped.
1 cup shredded cheddar.
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved.
Dill pickle chips, quartered.
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced.
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt, red wine vinegar, mustard, ketchup and paprika in a small bowl, cover and refrigerate.
2. Combine mayo, mustard, barbecue sauce and honey in a small bowl, cover and refrigerate.
3. Prep lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, pickles and onions.
4. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
5. Take a large tortilla and spread a large spoonful of burger sauce on the bottom. Add lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, pickles and onions. Top with ground beef and a drizzle of chicken sauce. Wrap tight and enjoy!
