1 block softened cream cheese
1 stick softened butter
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise (Malcom calls for an “eyeballed” amount in the video)
1 (1-pound) package of bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled),
8-ounce bag of shredded Cheddar cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning
chopped green onions
Directions:
Mix the softened cream cheese and butter until combined. Next, mix in the sour cream and mayonnaise, followed by crispy, chopped bacon. Be sure to save a little bacon to add to the top of the dip for garnish.
Then mix in shredded Cheddar, chopped green onions (again, save a few for garnish), and a packet of ranch seasoning.
Put the dip in the refrigerator for about an hour to allow the flavors to meld and develop. When you pull it out, top the dip with some bacon and green onion pieces.
