Ingredients
1 cup cream cheese
1 standard-sized Oreo package (approximately 42 cookies)
1 ¼ cups white chocolate chunks
Directions
Place the cream cheese into a large mixing bowl and use an electric mixer to whisk it for 1 minute to make it more malleable.
Using a food processor or high-speed blender, grind the Oreos down to a fine powder.
Add the ground Oreos to the cream cheese and mix together until the ingredients are well incorporated.
Roll the mixture into balls and place on a parchment paper-lined plate. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
Using the bain-marie (water bath) method, get a pot of water boiling on a stovetop at medium heat. Place the white chocolate in a separate, large, heatproof mixing bowl and place the bowl into the boiling water. The white chocolate should melt in about 7-10 minutes.
Remove the truffles from the freezer and separate into two groups. Using a fork, immerse one group of truffles, one-by-one, completely in the white chocolate.
Use a knife to drizzle white chocolate on the remaining truffles.
Transfer the truffles to a serving dish and enjoy!
