1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed according to package instructions
4 ounces Brie cheese, chilled and cut into 24 pieces
1 cup fig jam
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and lightly flour a work surface. On the surface, roll out your thawed puff pastry sheet into a 10-by-15-inch rectangle. Cut the dough into 24 (2½-inch) squares using a knife or, even easier, a pizza wheel—4 rows of 6 squares each.
2. In a muffin tin coated with nonstick cooking spray, press a square of dough into each cup of the tin. Add one Brie piece to each cup and top each with about 2 teaspoons of fig jam. Bake for about 8 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown.
3. Once out of the oven, let the pastry bites cool before you pop them out of their muffin tins.
