Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

½ batch Basic Cookie Dough at room temperature

¼ cup sugar

1 Tbsp cinnamon

Preparation

1.    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.    Knead the ball of dough slightly to soften it. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.

3.    Roll the dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.

4.    Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Flatten the cookies slightly. Bake for 10 minutes, until set and golden brown.
